Insider Spotlight
Founded by Brent Co in 2000 as an online forum for car enthusiasts, AutoIndustriya has grown into a leading automotive portal with news, reviews, and industry analysis. It is recognized locally and internationally as a go-to source for car buyers and hobbyists.
What’s happening
The AutoIndustriya 25th Anniversary Auto Fest will run from September 22 to 28, 2025 at the GH Mall Annex. Visitors can explore the latest vehicles from brands such as BAIC, BYD, GWM, Lynk & Co, Toyota, and Gateway Group’s multibrand dealerships. Exclusive offers from Sailun Tires, Aguila Auto Glass, and BPI Tokyo Century Rental will also be available.
The celebration will culminate in the Open Car Meet on September 28, 2025 at the O-Square 2 roof deck in Greenhills. Car clubs and enthusiasts will gather to showcase 4x4s, hot hatches, sports cars, and customized vehicles, reviving the community spirit that defined AutoIndustriya’s beginnings.
Why it matters
The event highlights the evolution of AutoIndustriya from a grassroots online forum into a full-scale automotive media platform. Its anniversary underscores the enduring car culture in the Philippines, fueled by both mainstream buyers and enthusiast communities.
Organizers said the Open Car Meet is designed to reconnect the community: “The forum that started AutoIndustriya in 2000 comes to life as the many car clubs gather to reconnect as a community and show what they’re driving now.”
Beyond cars
The Auto Fest will also feature lifestyle and aftermarket partners. Ridemax will cater to 4x4 builders, while Bebang’s Halo-Halo will provide refreshments. A returning highlight is the Car Photo Booth, allowing participants to pose their vehicles inside a life-size toy car box.
Partner car groups include Accord Tuner Philippines, Civic FE PH, Subaru Club Philippines, and GR Yaris PH, among many others.
The bottom line
Admission is free to both the Auto Fest and Open Car Meet, making Car Week accessible to car buyers, enthusiasts, and families alike.
For AutoIndustriya, the 25th anniversary is both a celebration of its legacy and a showcase of the vibrancy of Philippine car culture.
