Monde Nissin Corp., the maker of Lucky Me! instant noodles, announced a regular cash dividend of P0.12 per share, set for payment by June 5 to shareholders on record as of May 10, 2024.

The company also plans to redirect P228.8 million in unused proceeds from its initial public offering three years ago to its flagship Asia Pacific branded food and beverage business.

This move comes after spending less on IPO expenses. The adjustment aims to bolster Monde Nissin's operations within the Asia Pacific region.
