The fee reduction applies to InstaPay transfers to other banks, down from the previous P25 per transaction.
Metrobank said the move is aimed at making digital payments cheaper for routine uses such as bills, household expenses, and small business transfers.
InstaPay transfers between Metrobank accounts will remain free of charge.
