The company assured that its e-commerce operations continue to function normally and remain secure, as it emphasized its commitment to protecting personal information.
Jollibee has also launched an investigation in collaboration with authorities and cybersecurity experts.
While the firm fortifies its defenses against future threats, it also encouraged the public to maintain vigilance in their information security practices, particularly keeping their passwords secure and changing them regularly.
