In a statement on Friday, May 2, 2025, the company said took home 11 awards across residential, industrial, office, and township categories, reflecting the depth and reach of its diversified property portfolio.
The awards recognized standout projects from various units under the Filinvest group. Among them were residential developments such as Hampton Orchards in Pampanga, which won gold in the low-rise development category, and Futura One in Dagupan, which bagged gold for mid-rise development.
FLI’s industrial estates also drew recognition. Filinvest Innovation Park in New Clark City and Filinvest Innovation Park in Ciudad de Calamba both earned gold awards for industrial development in North and South Luzon, respectively.
Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), the group’s real estate investment trust platform, collected four awards. Vector Three was cited with a silver for office development and a gold for sustainable development. Axis Tower Two earned a silver for sustainable development and a gold for office development. These accolades highlight the group’s push toward green office infrastructure that aligns with modern sustainability goals.
Filinvest Alabang Inc. (FAI), the group’s luxury and township development arm, contributed two golds: one for Filinvest City in the master plan category, and another for the Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel under the specialized project category.

Founded in 1967, Filinvest Land now maintains a presence across the Philippines, with projects covering residential, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use formats. Through subsidiaries such as FILRT and FAI, the group has expanded its footprint to include integrated communities like Filinvest City in Alabang and growth corridors such as Filinvest New Clark City and Mimosa in the Clark Freeport Zone.
The firm said that the latest awards underscore its competitiveness across multiple real estate verticals and affirm its long-term strategy of portfolio diversification and community-focused development.
