The Ayala Group’s AC Health has struck a strategic deal with Japan’s Sugi Holdings to bring its pharmacy and wellness products to the Philippine market.

The move gives Sugi its first official collaboration in the country while strengthening AC Health’s bid to expand access to trusted global healthcare brands.

Sugi, which runs about 2,300 drugstores in Japan, is known for its wide range of wellness and pharmaceutical items, including house brands popular across Asia.

Through the partnership, these products will soon be available in more than 800 Generika Drugstore and St. Joseph Drug outlets nationwide.

The tie-up positions AC Health to enrich consumer choices and enhance pharmacy services nationwide, while giving Sugi a stronger regional footprint alongside Taiwan, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
