The company generated a record P5.50 billion in sales production last year, up 45 percent from P3.80 billion in 2024. Revenue increased 20 percent to P3.26 billion from P2.72 billion, while net income before tax rose 20 percent to P789 million from P660 million, a company release showed.

"The strength of our financial performance enables us to continue investing in expansion, innovation, and Total Memorial Care services that address the evolving needs of the families we serve," Forest Lake president and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III said in a statement.
Forest Lake also strengthened its balance sheet, with shareholder equity increasing to P2.66 billion from P1.90 billion a year earlier.
Cash and cash equivalents surged 121 percent, providing additional liquidity to fund investments, while land and land development assets reached P3.55 billion as the company expanded its nationwide footprint.
What's next
To support its next phase of growth, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved an increase in Forest Lake's authorized capital stock to P4 billion from P1 billion.
The company said the expanded capital base will help finance new memorial park developments, expand memorial chapels and Total Memorial Care facilities, invest in digital transformation and develop customer service innovations.

Forest Lake operates 42 memorial parks nationwide and works with 41 accredited funeral home partners.
The company said it continues to expand its Total Memorial Care business beyond memorial parks to include memorial chapels, cremation services, columbariums, interment services, and Libre Burol and Libing Anywhere as it broadens its presence in the Philippine memorial care market. — Princess Daisy C.
