The hub embodies TP’s "High-Tech, High-Touch, High-Standards" approach by combining emotional intelligence (EI) with AI. With emotions impacting 60-80 percent of human decisions, TP leverages EI to create personalized solutions that address common customer pain points, elevating digital customer experience (CX).

Jolly noted, "Our microservices suite combines AI and EI to streamline processes, reduce friction, and enhance digital CX. Teleperformance is a people-first company, and our solutions reflect that.”

Capping off the inauguration of Teleperformance’s Innovation & Solutions hub was a high-level panel discussion on the potential of EI and AI in the Philippines' customer experience industry. Sitting in the panel were, from left, Frost & Sullivan industry principal Sherrel Roche, Call Center of the Philippines operations director Jay Santisteban, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence of the Philippines president Michelle Alarcon, TP North America chief transformation officer Jojo Pacis, TP Philippines SVP of transformation and process excellence Amit Kale, and Everest Group practice director Raghav Agarwal.

The 260-square-meter hub features a boardroom, display showrooms, product demonstration zones, and conference rooms equipped for hands-on workshops.
