The scheme provides up to two additional years or 40,000 kilometers of warranty coverage beyond the standard three-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty, subject to periodic maintenance service (PMS) compliance.
Eligibility and coverage
All Toyota models released from January 1, 2025 onwards, as well as vehicles under Kinto One and Kinto One Business contracts, qualify for the extended warranty program. However, customers must meet PMS requirements at Toyota dealerships to maintain eligibility.
To qualify for the fourth year full coverage warranty, which offers the same protection as the original three-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty, customers must complete at least six (6) PMS during the initial three-year period, with at least one PMS per year at a Toyota dealer.
Customers who complete three to five PMS within the first three years—again with at least one PMS per year—will be eligible for the fourth year limited coverage warranty, which excludes wear-and-tear parts related to suspension, steering, and braking systems.
Fifth year coverage
Owners who qualify for the fourth year full coverage warranty can further extend their coverage to a fifth year full coverage warranty if they complete at least two PMS services during the fourth year of ownership. Those who complete only one PMS in the fourth year will receive limited coverage for the fifth year.
Toyota encourages customers to visit their nearest dealership to learn more about the five-year warranty. The complete list of authorized Toyota dealerships is available at Toyota PH’s website.
