In a statement, the MIAA said that the maintenance activities, which include functionality tests and safety integrations, are planned during off-peak hours to minimize disruptions.
MIAA general manager Eric Jose Ines said generator sets will supply temporary power to areas under maintenance work, adding that “all critical systems for continuous processing of passengers and flights will remain unhampered by the ongoing works.”
