Why it matters
Real estate in the Philippines has long suffered from inefficiencies and limited transparency. GRID’s approach—using technology to connect brokers, developers, and buyers in one ecosystem—targets these pain points directly.
The backstory
Founder and CEO Zaira Tumang, who spent years in property sales and development, built GRID after witnessing how outdated systems slowed deals and eroded trust.
Rather than accept these frustrations as normal, Tumang decided to build something better. The result: a unified platform designed to simplify every step of a property transaction.
What GRID does
GRID’s platform integrates three main features:
Beyond technology
While GRID’s core strength lies in automation, its design prioritizes people. Brokers can manage listings and track performance in one place, while developers access dashboards that show project performance and buyer activity. Buyers gain confidence from verified information and digital tools that simplify comparisons.
The bigger picture
By connecting developers, brokers, buyers, and service providers such as law firms and banks, GRID is building what it calls a “connected real estate ecosystem.” The firm continues to expand across the Philippines, focusing on partnerships that increase transparency in property transactions.
Looking ahead
GRID plans to roll out more AI-driven analytics and deepen collaborations with developers and financial institutions. Its long-term goal: make property transactions in the Philippines “digital, seamless, and trustworthy from end to end.”
