DMCI Homes marked 25 years of excellence with a silver anniversary thanksgiving mass at the Church of the Holy Sacrifice in UP Diliman, Quezon City—a timeless masterpiece envisioned by its founder, Philippine construction pioneer, David M. Consunji.

The event was not only a reflection of the company’s deep roots in Filipino culture but also a promise for the future, with DMCI Homes unveiling plans for a transformative landscaping project for the UP Chapel.

Led by its award-winning landscape team with Semirara Mining and Power Corp., this enhancement aims to elevate the chapel’s serene environment while preserving its architectural heritage.

Completion is set for 2025, further solidifying DMCI Homes’ commitment to preserving cultural landmarks.

The event, attended by company executives including DMCI Group Chairman Isidro Consunji, DMCI Homes Treasurer Edwina Consunji Laperal, and President Alfredo Austria, also marked the unveiling of landscaping enhancement plans for the UP Chapel grounds.

“We chose the UP Chapel as venue for our 25th anniversary celebration as it holds a special place in the hearts of the people from DMCI Homes and the entire DMCI Group. In a way, the chapel has become a symbol of what we can do as a team, what’s important to us, and what we aspire to become,” Austria said.

Under the theme of “Interdependence,” the company emphasized unity and shared progress through meaningful activities.

Events like the DMCI Homes Carnival, SpookFlix Halloween Party, and Kaakbay Fun Run brought employees, homeowners, and partners together, raising funds for initiatives such as the Bahay Aruga project and the SpeedMoms initiative. Medical missions also extended vital healthcare services to communities in Pasig City.

DMCI Homes reached a significant milestone this year with the launch of four major projects, including The Valeron Tower in Pasig City in partnership with Japan’s Marubeni Corp. and its first Cebu development, Kalea Heights. The completion of 11 residential buildings further solidified its reputation as the Philippines’ first Quadruple A developer.

As the year ends, two more projects—Cameron Residences and The Crestmont in Quezon City—are set for unit handovers, wrapping up a year of impressive accomplishments.

With 25 years of excellence, DMCI Homes continues its commitment to innovation, collaboration, and cultural preservation, delivering not only homes but also lasting legacies.
