The Consunji family’s DMCI Homes is hiring over 1,000 skilled workers for its first residential condominium project in Cebu City, Kalea Heights, which will cost P24 billion to build.

The robust demand in Cebu’s property market underscores the need for engineers, architects, accountants, sales agents, and construction workers to ensure the project’s success.

Located in Barangay Guadalupe, Kalea Heights will feature Cebu’s largest open space for a condo development, spanning 3.6 hectares.

The first phase features the 41-story Leia Building, blending modern tropical aesthetics with nature-inspired living. Unit turnovers are set to begin by December 2029, the developer said.

Management’s view

“We are committed to serving Cebu’s property market for the long term. This includes creating jobs and building a strong team of Cebuanos,” said DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria.

“We’ve been preparing for this project for years, even hiring engineers from Cebu to train in our Metro Manila project sites. Now, they’ll bring their skills back to Cebu,” he added.

How to apply

Interested professionals and skilled workers are encouraged to apply and become part of this landmark development in the Queen City of the South.
