Insider Spotlight:
The release follows a year of continuous innovation, with four major iterations that led to this milestone launch.
“We’re entering the age of the Agentic Enterprise—where AI elevates human potential like never before,” Marc Benioff, Salesforce chair and CEO, said in a press release on Oct. 22, 2025.
“Agentforce 360 connects humans, agents, and data on one trusted platform, helping every employee and every company achieve more than they ever thought possible.”
AI as a partner, not a replacement
In this model, Salesforce envisions every worker paired with an intelligent AI agent that never sleeps—ensuring that “sales leads are never missed, service never stops, and employees make smarter, faster decisions.” The result, the company says, is higher productivity, deeper customer engagement, and scalable growth across industries.
Customers like Reddit, Adecco, and OpenTable are already seeing the impact. Reddit reported an 84 percent cut in resolution times, while Adecco automated over half its candidate conversations outside office hours. OpenTable’s dining support agent now autonomously resolves 70 percent of inquiries—a “marked improvement” over previous chatbots.
Human-centered AI future
Built on Salesforce’s 26-year foundation of trust, Agentforce 360 integrates data, AI reasoning, and workflow automation into one governed system. It’s not just a productivity tool—it’s a redefinition of how people and technology collaborate.
By putting humans at the center of intelligent automation, Salesforce aims to lead a future of work where AI doesn’t compete with people—it elevates them. —Vanessa Hidalgo | Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
