Why it matters

The bank’s people-first philosophy, summed up in its “You matter” employee value proposition, is reshaping how it supports staff and customers.

The HR overhaul has produced measurable gains: 99 percent satisfaction among new hires, 25 percent time savings for managers through HR automation, and a 67 percent improvement in operational efficiency from retiring legacy systems.
