Tycoon Kevin Tan-led Megaworld Corp. expects to generate P3 billion in sales from The Bellagio Palawan, set for completion by 2030.

The 12-story upscale residential tower will feature 188 smart home units, offering wireless control for lighting and appliances.

Located in Baytown Palawan, Puerto Princesa, the development will have units with balconies and layouts of up to 109 square meters.

Management’s view

“The Bellagio Palawan will serve as the gateway to Baytown Palawan. Once completed, it will become a vibrant lifestyle estate that will mirror the excitement that characterized Forbes Town in BGC through the years,” Javier Romeo Abustan, vice president of sales and marketing, Megaworld Palawan, said in a statement.

“We envision Baytown to be the ‘new lifestyle capital’ of Puerto Princesa City,” he added.

Key sustainability features include bicycle parking, energy-efficient equipment, and rainwater harvesting.

Amenities will include Puerto Princesa’s first heated infinity pool, co-working spaces, and a fitness center. The project is part of Megaworld’s expansion into Palawan, alongside the 462-hectare Paragua Coastown township in San Vicente.
