The demand for affordable, flexible prepaid fiber is fueling GFiber Prepaid’s rapid growth.
With reload rates at 78 percent, the highest among prepaid brands, and an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 68 percent, customers are showing strong satisfaction and engagement.
“Competition is indeed tight in the broadband space. But our results have demonstrated that, with the right offers and a service experience that truly delights our customers, there is still potential for growth in fiber broadband, particularly in GFiber Prepaid, as evidenced by our fourth-quarter performance,” said Abigail Cardino, vice president for Globe Broadband Business.
GFiber Prepaid has played a major role in Globe’s broadband revival, helping fiber growth outpace the decline in legacy broadband services for the first time in three years.
Broadband revenues rose 2 percent, while fiber subscribers jumped 16 percent in the fourth quarter, reinforcing Globe’s successful shift to fiber.
