SM Prime’s SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City was named Best Township Development, praised as a world-class urban hub that blends retail, residential, business, and leisure.
In Batangas, Trealva at Midlands West by Highlands Prime, Inc. took home the Best Nature Integrated Development Award, while Pico Terraces by Costa del Hamilo, Inc. won Best Condo Development in Luzon.
Meanwhile, M Village at Marina Estates was Highly Recommended for Best Subdivision Development.
On the housing front, SMDC Symphony Homes’ Sunnyhomes earned the Best Housing Development in Luzon Award, and Sunnyvale 1 received the Best Affordable Economic Housing Development Award.
