Century Properties’ PHirst to break 40,000-unit mark with P8.4-B affordable housing push

The Antonio family-led Century Properties Group’s PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) is ramping up its expansion across the Philippines, investing about P8.4 billion to build more than 13,000 new homes under newly awarded housing contracts by the end of 2025.

The latest development brings PHirst’s total housing portfolio to over 42,000 units nationwide, a major milestone for its affordable housing brand launched in 2017, the developer said in a stock exchange filing on Thursday.

PHirst Build, the company’s in-house construction arm, will handle 6,326 units in Luzon, including new sites in Sto. Tomas and Magalang East, while partner Megawide Construction Corp. will deliver 5,824 precast units across Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas.

About 1,000 additional homes are expected to be awarded soon to complete this year’s rollout.

PPHI said its expansion reflects strong execution and demand from first-time homebuyers seeking affordable yet well-built homes.

As of mid-2025, over 15,000 units have been completed, with total deliveries projected to reach 18,000 by year-end.

More than 10,000 homes have already been turned over to owners, the developer said.
