Cebu Pacific announced on Friday that it is working to remove a disabled Airbus A321neo that swerved into the grass and became immobilized in the mud while being towed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.

No passengers or crew were on board, and no injuries were reported. Bays 110-112 are temporarily closed, affecting flight schedules, the Manila International Airport Authority said in a separate announcement.

“Our team is actively working to resolve this issue promptly,” Cebu Pacific said in a statement.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding. Further updates will be provided as they become available,” the carrier added.
