In its third passenger advisory, Cebu Pacific said the majority of checked luggage continues to travel as planned despite prevailing technical issues.
“Our dedicated teams are working diligently to expedite baggage deliveries to a small number of customers who have experienced delays,” the airline giant said.
Cebu Pacific said it also continues to closely coordinate with New NAIA Infra Corp., the San Miguel Corp.-backed group that assumed operations of NAIA last month.
The carrier added that it expects the situation to “further improve from tomorrow.”
“Both CEB and NNIC have deployed extra manpower to the affected area and implemented processes to assist with manual loading of baggage from the counters,” Cebu Pacific said.
