Cebu Pacific is actively resolving passenger issues over baggage delays linked to technical glitches at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.

We are working closely with New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC) which is also exerting every effort to resolve the technical challenges as quickly as possible and restore normal operations,” Cebu Pacific said in a statement on Tuesday.

Cebu Pacific has set up a dedicated team to handle the baggage issue. Domestic passengers can choose to have their bags delivered or pick them up at the airport.

For international flights, passengers are offered the same options, including delivery for those with connecting flights.

Our teams are doing everything in their power to expedite baggage deliveries and ensure all affected passengers are assisted promptly,” Cebu Pacific said.

We understand the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate our passengers' patience and understanding,” it added.
