The five-year deal aims to modernize AC Health’s hospitals and clinics, improve patient care, and expand access to public health services. It covers everything from optimizing hospital workflows to introducing digital health tools and early disease detection systems.
The partnership will also strengthen vaccine delivery and chronic disease programs—key priorities for improving national health outcomes. By tapping BD’s global supply chain and clinical expertise, AC Health hopes to boost efficiency and future-proof its healthcare network.
“This strategic collaboration with BD is in line with AC Health’s continued efforts to modernize and scale healthcare solutions across the country,” said Paolo Borromeo, president and CEO of AC Health.
“By combining our local network and market insights with BD’s global capabilities, we aim to deliver meaningful innovation that addresses both business goals and the evolving needs of our patients and communities,” he added.
The two companies will also explore joint research and innovations to develop new diagnostics and treatments. Frontline medical staff under AC Health will receive training and upskilling aligned with global standards.
