The Palawan Group of Companies, through Palawan Express Pera Padala, has launched a nationwide promo cutting domestic remittance fees to just 1 percent per transaction from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025.
The offer helps Filipinos stretch their budgets further during the country’s busiest gift-giving season.
The new rate means senders will pay only P1 for every P100 sent, with the regular fee applying to transactions above P20,000. PalawanPay users also get the same discounted rate when transferring money to any Palawan branch through the app.

What they’re saying
“Palawan Group is a proud 100 percent Pinoy company. We are run by Filipinos to serve fellow Filipinos, and deeply ingrained in our culture is a padala being more than just money—it’s a message of love, care, and connection,” Karlo M. Castro, Palawan Group CEO, said in a press release on Oct. 30, 2025.
“Through our lower fees promo, we want to make it easier for families to send love this Christmas season, no matter the distance,” he adds.
Chief marketing officer Bernard Kaibigan added, “These seemingly small but powerful acts of love and giving are what inspire us to keep doing what we do best–to become the bridge of malasakit (compassion) among Filipino families.”
