According to Ookla’s Speedtest Intelligence data covering the third and fourth quarters of 2024, Dito received a customer satisfaction score of 3.7, topping Smart’s 3.3 and Globe’s 3.2.
The award was presented to Dito CEO Eric Alberto and fellow executives during the Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona.
Management’s view
“Being recognized as the rated no. 1 mobile network for the third time is a testament to the trust placed in us,” Alberto said.
“As a young telco, this recognition drives us to keep innovating, continuously improve our services, and empower the digital lives of more Filipinos. We remain committed to nation-building, investing in our infrastructure, and giving Filipinos the reliable connectivity and excellent customer service they deserve,” he added.
Feedback from real users
Ookla’s rating system uses post-test surveys where users give their provider a score from one to five stars.
The telco with the highest average score across all tests is recognized as the country’s top-rated network.
The latest award follows Dito’s recognition by Opensignal as the country’s fastest mobile network, further solidifying its position in a market long dominated by two players.
