The new CityFlats branch houses 392 fully-furnished rooms located along Leyte Loop in Cebu Business Park, providing convenient access for those working in and around the business district.
This is the second CityFlats in Cebu City, following the first branch at Cebu I.T. Park, which opened in early 2025. Other locations include Makati City and Bonifacio Global City (BGC).)
What they’re saying
“Our goal is to make our estates more livable by providing practical, well-located homes for the city’s workforce,” said Jay Teodoro, Ayala Land deputy head of Vismin estates.
“Young professionals shouldn’t have to sacrifice time, mobility, or community just to live in the city. CityFlats gives more people the chance to live where life happens, close to work, services, and everyday conveniences,” he added.
About 80 percent of the development is dedicated to co-living units, which can be shared between workmates or friends to help reduce living costs.
Inside the units
These co-living rooms come with amenities typically found in larger apartment rentals, including a workstation, bed, storage, air-conditioning, kitchenette, and in-room toilet and bath.
The remaining 20 percent operates as hostel rooms for short-term guests such as traveling professionals, tourists, and employees on assignment. These rooms offer queen or twin beds and include a mini-refrigerator, television, and private kitchenette.
Each floor also has units designed for persons with disability (PWDs) to ensure accessibility.
More than a place to stay
To ensure convenience, the building’s ground floor will host essential retail services including a convenience store and laundromat.
CityFlats also features a social hall, a communal venue designed for group gatherings, casual hangouts, and community programs.
Unlike standard rental models requiring long-term commitments, CityFlats offers multiple stay options —from daily hostel rates ideal for travelers or project-based workers to long-term co-living leases ideal for employees, young graduates, students, and digital freelancers.
The bottom line
Daily stays start at P1,800 a night, while monthly co-living rates begin at P6,100.
With its central location, complete amenities, and community-focused design, CityFlats Cebu Business Park offers a lifestyle aligned with the needs of today’s workforce —close to work, budget friendly and community-oriented.
