• PHINMA Properties unveils Saludad as a township built for lifestyle, culture, and community
• The development blends residential living with learning, leisure, and commerce
• MassKara 2025 preview event showcases Saludad as Bacolod’s next cultural destination
Co-created with JEPP Real Estate Co. and masterplanned by Royal Pineda+, the 21-hectare township is designed to mirror Bacolod’s distinctly warm, creative, and optimistic spirit.
The project integrates homes, schools, hotels, and lifestyle hubs with generous green and walkable spaces—an approach that reflects Negrense living at its most authentic.
Why it matters
Saludad is envisioned to attract a diverse community: families building long-term roots, entrepreneurs seeking opportunity, returning OFWs in search of a fresh start, and foreign visitors drawn to the Philippines’ hospitality.
Developments like Maayo Terraces and Likha Estates anchor this vision by offering modern yet grounded living options tied closely to Bacolod’s identity.
A preview of what’s ahead
During the MassKara Festival 2025, the developer hosted Saludad Socials, a curated community experience that offered a glimpse of the township’s future rhythm.
From piaya pressing and artisan showcases to wine-and-paint sessions and live performances, the event highlighted how the township aims to bridge cultural heritage with contemporary lifestyle.
For guests, the evening became a microcosm of Bacolod’s creativity, entrepreneurship, and community spirit.
What they’re saying
“Saludad represents what we believe modern communities should be. Deeply connected to their roots, but always looking forward,” Raphael B. Felix, president and CEO of PHINMA Properties, said in a press release on Nov. 27, 2025.
“Our goal is to build spaces that celebrate local identity while creating opportunities for progress and shared growth.”
What’s next
Set to rise within the township are Southwestern University PHINMA, TRYP by Wyndham Hotel, and vibrant commercial and lifestyle centers—components of a complete ecosystem where learning, business, and leisure converge.
These developments are expected to help reshape Bacolod’s economic and tourism landscape in the coming years.
