Spanning roughly 300 square meters, the Signature Life Space was designed by Lor Calma & Partners, the firm behind landmark projects such as The Mind Museum, the Freedom Memorial Museum in UP Diliman, and the redevelopment of the National Museum of the Philippines.
Designed for thoughtful living
“We call it a ‘Life Space’ because it’s designed to show people what thoughtful living feels like,” Jessica Sy, vice president and head of design, innovation and strategy at SM Prime, said in a press statement.
“The materials come together in a balanced way that inspires a more considered, more refined approach to everyday life.”
Inside the gallery, wood, marble, and metal elements in warm browns, cool grays, and deep blacks anchor the space, enhanced by ambient lighting and commissioned artworks by Reg Yuson and Lui Gonzales.
A mix of seating lounges, quiet nooks, private conference rooms, and a bar provides natural pockets for conversation and connection.
Opening in Susana Heights soon
According to Sy, another Life Space is set to open in Susana Heights by the first quarter of 2026.
“It will be a special one because visitors can experience the natural charm of the estate firsthand,” she added.
The relaunch of the Susana Heights estate serves as the first major project under the Signature Series pipeline.
A new vision for residential communities
Located in Muntinlupa City, the 284-hectare estate is being developed into a premium, sustainable community backed by an initial P25-billion investment. The estate will feature residential clusters, civic and lifestyle spaces, and commercial hubs.
As a starting offering, Signature Series will market the SM Group’s treasury inventory in the existing Susana Heights Village, with build-ready residential lots ranging from 500 to 900 square meters, complemented by new and upgraded amenities and infrastructure enhancements.
Following this, a new low-density luxury village will rise within the estate as a flagship project under Signature Series.
The master-planned development will feature lots from 700 to 1,100 square meters at just 6.5 lots per hectare, along with a five-kilometer greenway loop and country-club-inspired amenities. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
