The newly launched 23-story JPMorganChase Center in Uptown Bonifacio, Bonifacio Global City, will now house around 8,000 employees, making it one of the largest single-building workforces in the rising business district.
The expansion also underscoresJPMorganChase’s increasing operational scale in the Philippines.
Moreover, the new tower is certified LEED Gold and runs entirely on renewable energy, part of the company’s broader push to reduce its environmental footprint while improving building performance.

Megaworld’s biggest tenant yet
JPMorganChase now occupies a total of 150,000 square meters in Megaworld’s Uptown Bonifacio township, making it the developer’s largest office tenant to date.
The company formally recognized Megaworld, led by tycoon Kevin Tan, as its long-term landlord partner during the opening ceremony, noting their role in helping grow JPMorganChase’s local operations.
JPMorgan currently occupies the entire 70,000-square-meter JPMorgan Chase Tower in Uptown Bonifacio.
The bank earlier announced plans to double its Philippine workforce to 20,000 employees this year.
Home to global giants
Aside from JPMorganChase, the Uptown estate is home to other US-based firms like Google, Tesla, Accenture, Northern Trust, and Carelon, further solidifying BGC’s role as a key hub for multinationals.
The expansion is part of a larger trend of global firms planting deeper roots in the Philippines through long-term investments in office space and talent.
And for the 8,000 employees moving in, it’s not just a new office but a glimpse into how the future of work might actually feel.
