The launch event on August 16 unveiled three fully designed units, allowing buyers to walk through actual homes built for both comfort and long-term savings.
“With energy-efficient features that reduce utility costs prevalent in the entire community, we’re making sustainable living accessible to households in Cavite,” said PH1WD president Gigi Alcantara.
Each house is fitted with solar panels, insulated walls, and tinted windows, features that can lower utility bills by up to P80,000 a year.
Prices range from P3.2 million to P8 million, targeting Filipino families who want stylish homes without the high running costs.
Megawide, which owns PH1 World Developers, is handling construction using German and Japanese precast tech to ensure quality and speed.
Nearly half of the five-hectare site is devoted to green spaces, pools, and playgrounds, plus a free e-shuttle that connects to local destinations.
“This model block is more than just a showcase—it’s a vision of how we can live smarter and more sustainably,” Alcantara said.
