For 2024, Rockwell posted P3.7 billion in net income, up 19 percent from the previous year, while consolidated revenues reached P20.1 billion.
Reservation sales in the first quarter of 2025 hit a record P8.2 billion, a 70 percent jump from a year earlier.
“Residential development continues to be our largest contributor, generating P15.9 billion in revenues, up 10 percent from last year. Our Commercial segment also showed solid growth, with revenues reaching P4.2 billion, a 4 percent increase from 2023,” said president and chief executive operating officer Valerie Soliven.
Rockwell said its strong first-quarter performance was driven by demand for new horizontal projects like The Samanean at Paradise Farms in Bulacan, Molinillo at Rockwell Center Lipa, and Lauan Ridges in Batangas, while Edades West in Makati accounted for 20 percent of total Q1 sales.
The company is also expanding in Cebu, with plans for a full-service hotel at Aruga Resort and Residences – Mactan, and the acquisition of a 7,500-square-meter lot next to IPI Center Done Rockwell to expand its mixed-use development and retail space.
