As part of its customer-centric service commitment, the bank announced that several branches will operate beyond regular weekday hours, while others will open on Saturdays throughout the holiday season. The move aims to give clients more flexibility during one of the busiest banking periods of the year.
Extended branch operations
Metrobank said select branches in Metro Manila will extend their weekday operations by one hour, remaining open until 5:00 p.m. Meanwhile, select branches across Metro Manila, South Luzon, and North Luzon will be open until early afternoon on Saturdays.
The bank encouraged clients to check the complete list of branches with extended hours and Saturday operations through its official channels.
“With the holidays being one of the busiest times for many Filipinos, we want to ensure that our clients can complete their banking transactions with comfort and ease,” Metrobank said in a statement. “By extending our branch operations, we aim to give our customers more flexibility at a time when they need it most.”

Beyond extended branch hours, Metrobank reminded customers that its digital platforms—the Metrobank Mobile App and Metrobank Online—remain available 24/7 for fund transfers, bills payments, and other financial transactions, offering added convenience throughout the holiday season. —Ed: Corrie S.
