Megaworld is developing its fourth residential condo, Saint-Marcel Residences, in the 35.6-hectare Capital Town, San Fernando, Pampanga. The project is expected to generate P3.5 billion in sales, with turnover scheduled for 2030.

The 17-story Parisian-inspired tower will offer 361 smart home units in varying sizes, from studios to three-bedroom options, with sizes up to 103 square meters. It will be surrounded by a commercial strip, a rainwater park, and a soon-to-rise transport hub.

Amenities include a bi-level dining room, fitness areas, pools, a game room, and more. All units feature wireless smart home systems, and the building will incorporate sustainability features.

Megaworld has launched over 1,300 residential condo units across four properties in Capital Town. In addition to Saint-Marcel Residences, the 15-story Chelsea Parkplace, with 214 units, recently won “Best Condo Development in Luzon” at the 12th Philippines Property Awards by PropertyGuru.

Management’s view

“There is still a strong demand for themed residential developments in Capital Town as we continue building more components of the township,” Eugene Lozano, senior vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld Pampanga, said in a statement.

“We envision Saint-Marcel Residences to be an appealing address for young, well-traveled Kapampangans who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of their community,” he added.
