The 14-story Santé Residences Palawan will rise inside the 462-hectare Paragua Coastown, becoming Megaworld’s third residential project in the township.
Two 11-story hotels—Savoy Palawan and Paragua Sands—are already under construction in the estate and will add 617 room keys, anchoring visitor demand around the new homes.
A first in the Philippines
Megaworld is seeking what it says would be the country’s first WELL-registered residential building—a health-focused certification that tests air, water, light, materials, and occupant wellbeing across a project.
Santé Residences will offer 460 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom bi-levels, all with balconies facing Pagdanan Bay or surrounding forests.
A second-level amenity deck will feature a hydrotherapy pool, halotherapy room, meditation spaces, co-working areas, daycare, and an infinity lap pool.
Each unit will have smart-home controls, water-saving fixtures, rainwater harvesting, a materials recovery facility, and EV-ready parking slots.
2031 turnover
Megaworld targets completion in 2031 while continuing to build retail, shophouse, and leisure districts across Paragua Coastown.
The rollout is meant to deepen tourism spending in San Vicente, support local jobs, and create recurring demand for both hotel rooms and residential sales.
