Megaworld’s hospitality arm, Megaworld Hotels & Resorts, was likewise cited for having one of the highest satisfaction ratings in Southeast Asia in its category, placing it alongside leading international hotel chains as a top hospitality employer.

Megaworld’s inclusion in the Fortune ranking was directly powered by its recent Great Place to Work Certification, where the company posted an unprecedented 98 percent employee approval rating — the highest ever achieved by any of the country’s major real estate players.
