Bossjob tie-up to boost employability of TESDA tech-voc graduates

In a move aimed at enhancing the job prospects of technical vocational education and training (TVET) graduates, Southeast Asian career platform Bossjob has forged an alliance with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-National Capital Region (TESDA-NCR).

Officials of professional hiring platform Bossjob and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-National Capital Region sealed a deal to provide specialized programs for vocational training graduates to improve their employability.

The goal of this collaboration, under the ambit of TESDA-NCR's CollaboraTVET program, is to deliver specialized training programs specifically designed for TESDA graduates.

These programs, coupled with exclusive job opportunities and career development tools, are tailored to meet the growing needs of various industries, thus improving the employability of TVET graduates.

The partnership, formalized on March 20, 2024, aims to bridge the skills gap in the Philippines by marrying Bossjob's hiring technologies with TESDA's training offerings, ultimately fostering a workforce that is better-equipped for the challenges of the modern economy, Bossjob said.
