• Net income rose 102.2 percent to P376.8 million from P186.3 million in 2023.
• Revenue surged 100.6 percent to P600.3 million, driven by strong sales at Primavera City Verde in Cagayan de Oro and Miramonti 1 in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
• Earnings were boosted by gains from higher property valuations and reduced costs in project management, admin, and marketing.
• Earnings per share nearly doubled to P0.59, while book value per share rose 27.9 percent to P2.43.
