GMA's Lilybeth Rasonable to retire after decades of shaping PH entertainment

After more than three decades in the entertainment industry, Lilybeth G. Rasonable is set to retire as senior vice president of GMA Network’s Entertainment Group on March 1, 2025, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

Rasonable has been instrumental in GMA Network’s success, leading the production of high-impact television programs that shaped the industry, including Mulawin, Encantadia, Darna, Maria Clara at Ibarra, and Voltes V: Legacy, The Clash and Family Feud,

She began her career as a production assistant, working her way up through roles in IBC-13, ABC-5 (now TV5), and GMA Network.

In 2018, she was named a Glory Awardee for Television Arts, a recognition given to alumni by the University of the Philippines College of Mass Communication.

She is also a trustee of the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
