Built along the Nasugbu-Tagaytay National Highway, the township follows the “15-minute city” concept, ensuring easy access to residential, business, and lifestyle hubs.
Housing options include PHirst Park Homes and PHirst Impressions for first-time buyers and PHirst Editions Batulao for upper middle-income families.

As part of the launch, Century Properties introduced PHirst Editions Batulao Vol. 2 West, a 10-hectare village with 496 homes ranging from 54 sqm to 120 sqm, priced from P4.5 million.
