Abigail Cosico appointed chief investor relations officer at CREIT

Tycoon Edgar Saavedra’s is reassigning his investor relations head at flagship company Megawide Construction Corp. to fast-growing affiliate Citicore Energy REIT Corp. (CREIT) 

In a stock exchange filing on Friday, CREIT said Abigail Joan Cosico will be its new chief investor relations.

The group also acknowledged Cosico’s “existing and significant contributions in leading the investor relations activities not only in CREIT and Citicore Renewable Energy Corp., (CREC) but also within the Citicore group.” 

She will also be focusing on the upcoming initial public offering of CREC.

In a separate filing, Megawide appointed Rolando S. Bondoy as head of investor relations effective 2 May this year.
