Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. advised on Friday evening that all online banking channels are now available, but due to the global Microsoft-based outage, some services may be slow or face intermittent issues.
Customers can still access funds through ATMs or deposit via cash accept machines, while branch staff and hotline (88-700-700) operators are ready to assist.
“We are closely monitoring the situation and will immediately resume the affected services once the issue has been resolved,” Metrobank said in a statement.
