A global Microsoft services outage is causing issues for AirAsia’s check-in processes and its MOVE app, confirmed by partner Navitaire.
Microsoft is investigating and has escalated the matter to manage it effectively, the budge carrier said on Friday.
"AirAsia Philippines is closely monitoring the situation and is in constant communication with Navitaire and Microsoft. Our top priority is to minimize any impact on our guests and ensure that all systems are restored to full functionality as soon as possible," AirAsia communications and public affairs head and first officer Steve Dailisan said in a statement on Friday.
