BDO Unibank, the country’s biggest lender, announced that a widespread Microsoft issue is causing extended wait times at branches and its contact center, as well as delays or unavailability of some digital functions.
“Our team is diligently working with Microsoft to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding,” BDO said.
On Friday, a Microsoft online services outage caused technical glitches that disrupted airlines, banks, and various businesses worldwide.
