Lazatin currently serves as senior legal counsel at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRA), where he specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He brings decades of experience in governance and alternative dispute resolution to the InLife board.
He is an accredited arbitrator of several institutions, including the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc., and international bodies such as the Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore International Arbitration Centres.

Lazatin is affiliated with several professional groups, including the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, the ASEAN Law Association, the Philippine Bar Association, and the Philippine Council of the International Chamber of Commerce.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Laws, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines. He ranked third in the 1972 Philippine Bar Examinations and later earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Michigan as a Clyde A. DeWitt Fellow. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
