The appointment gives Home Credit an experienced marketing hand as the consumer finance company looks to sharpen its brand, deepen customer engagement and expand its reach among Filipino consumers.
Roxas most recently served as Google Vietnam, Philippines, and South Asia Frontier head of marketing. His career also includes leadership experience at Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble.
Home Credit said in a company release that Roxas will oversee marketing strategy, brand development, customer engagement and growth initiatives.

The appointment comes as Home Credit continues to build its presence across physical and digital channels.
The company offers financing through more than 18,000 partner stores nationwide, covering products ranging from smartphones and laptops to appliances, furniture, bicycles, electronics and hardware.
The bigger picture
Now in its 13th year in the Philippines, Home Credit has served 13 million Filipinos and expanded beyond installment financing into other consumer credit products.
