The 33-kilometer road, also known as the South East Metro Manila Expressway, will extend the Skyway from Arca South to Batasan Complex in Quezon City.
The groundbreaking for the long-delayed Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange will also be launched on Monday.
The project has been on hold since 2016 because pending a final agreement to connect the Skyway 4 project.
