Robinsons Land expands flexible workspace network with Iloilo hub

Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has expanded its flexible workspace business with the opening of work.able Iloilo, the largest coworking and serviced office facility in Western Visayas, as demand grows for adaptable workspaces outside Metro Manila.

Located on the 10th floor of Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 in Pavia, the new facility offers flexible work options for startups, entrepreneurs, freelancers, corporate teams, and students.

The center is adjacent to Robinsons Pavia Mall and a major transport terminal, providing convenient access to retail, dining, and public transportation.

Growing demand

The opening reflects Robinsons Land's push to capitalize on changing workplace preferences, where businesses increasingly seek flexible office arrangements instead of long-term leases.

"Spaces matter because they shape how people work, communicate, and build opportunities," Robinsons Offices senior vice president and business unit manager Jericho P. Go said in a statement

"With work.able Iloilo, Robinsons Offices is providing a well-located, thoughtfully designed environment that gives Iloilo a new setting for ideas, collaboration, and everyday productivity," he added.

According to Elton John Peralta, senior director and head of work.able, accessibility is one of the facility's key advantages.

Located beside a major transport terminal, the center allows commuters from Iloilo City and neighboring areas to easily reach the workspace for a full workday, short meetings, collaborative sessions, or online classes.

Flexible options

The facility offers plug-and-play coworking desks, 25 private office suites with more than 420 workstations, boardrooms, meeting rooms, focus pods, phone booths, a common pantry, and high-speed internet designed to support virtual meetings and content creation.

Members also have access to complimentary coffee and premium espresso machines.

For larger gatherings, the town hall can accommodate up to 90 people in a dining setup or as many as 185 guests for training sessions, seminars, and town hall events.

The workspace also includes a clinic with a treatment bed and a private lactation room for breastfeeding mothers.

"work.able Iloilo was designed to make work feel easier, more flexible, and more connected," Peralta said.

"Whether someone needs a quiet desk, a meeting room, a private office, or a place to build ideas, the space gives users the freedom to choose how they want to work."

Local identity

Beyond its workplace amenities, the interiors highlight Ilonggo culture through design elements inspired by the Dinagyang Festival.

The space features rhythmic textures, bold accents, warm wood finishes, earthy color palettes, and locally sourced materials. A neon "Maayong Aga" sign welcomes visitors, creating a distinctly local atmosphere while maintaining a modern office environment.

The design aims to offer a workspace that supports productivity while reflecting the region's cultural identity.
