Robinsons Land’s work.able opens two new flexible office hubs in Makati

Flexible office space provider work.able is strengthening its position in the Philippine coworking market with the launch of two new premium workspaces—RSC 3 and RSC 4—located at Robinsons Summit Center along Ayala Avenue in Makati City.

The expansion comes as parent company Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) celebrates its 45th anniversary, underscoring nearly five decades of building spaces that uplift communities and empower businesses.

RSC 3 occupies the 20th floor and RSC 4 the 29th floor of Robinsons Summit Center, an iconic property of RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR). Both centers offer sweeping views of the Makati skyline and quick access to the city’s premier business addresses.

A bold twist on tradition, the ceremonial piñata pull marked the official launch of work.able RSC 3 & 4. Since its founding in 2018, work.able has grown to over 2,500 seats across 13 locations in Metro Manila, spanning Ortigas Center, Makati, Bridgetowne, and Taguig. The brand caters to tech firms, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and freelancers, with designs that encourage collaboration, creativity, and growth.

“This milestone reflects work.able's strong market position and its ability to adapt to the evolving needs of modern professionals and businesses,” said Jericho P. Go, president and CEO of RCR, during the July 31, 2025 launch event.

Inspired by Filipino culture

True to work.able’s human-centered and culturally rooted approach, RSC 3 and RSC 4 draw inspiration from uniquely Filipino themes.

RSC 3 celebrates the country’s tropical beauty, with vibrant florals, warm textures, and summery interiors that foster an energizing atmosphere. The space houses 160 seats and seven private offices—all of which are already fully leased.

RSC 4 channels the history and charm of old Manila, drawing design cues from Escolta, Intramuros, and the city’s heritage architecture. A focal point is a sculpture of the late John Gokongwei Jr. on his iconic bike, paying tribute to the founder’s entrepreneurial legacy. RSC 4 offers 190 seats and 11 private offices, with occupancy nearly at full capacity.

Beyond the desk

Each center features work.able’s signature amenities: hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, huddle areas, event spaces, high-speed internet, free coffee, and mail handling services.

But work.able also aims to support work-life balance. Facilities include game corners with foosball tables and quiet napping rooms, allowing members to recharge without leaving the premises.

“What sets us apart is the human element, the human touch,” said Elton John Peralta, head of work.able. “Whether you’re an 8-to-5 or a 24/7 company, you’re supported by the RLC ecosystem—our community, facilities, IT, housekeeping, and more. RLC’s work.able is behind you.”

With both RSC 3 and RSC 4 nearly at full occupancy, work.able is set to continue its rapid expansion, building more spaces that reflect Filipino identity while meeting global standards for flexible, collaborative work environments. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
