Civic leader, former Metrobank Foundation head Chito Sobrepeña passes away
He served more than two decades in government, including roles as deputy director general of the National Economic and Development Authority and as cabinet secretary and head of the Presidential Management Staff under President Corazon Aquino, becoming one of the youngest senior officials in the late 20th century.
