MSpectrum Inc., the solar energy subsidiary of Meralco, has turned over a 120-kilowatt peak (kWp) solar rooftop system to DHL Supply Chain to energize the logistics giant’s training center in Sta. Rosa, Laguna—marking another milestone in the companies' shared commitment to sustainability.
Under the latest collaboration, MSpectrum will install a 600-kilowatt peak (kWp) solar rooftop system at Landers Cebu, projected to generate 960,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of renewable energy annually.
The P2.5-million project involves a 33-kilowatt-peak (kWp) solar facility to energize GTWC’s water pump in Cavite that is designed to generate around 45,350 kWh of clean energy annually, MSpectrum said in a statement.
Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2025, the solar project is expected to generate about 714,553 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of renewable energy yearly.
